This policy covers Google sign-in at auth.demar.co, the service Demar Companies LLC uses to sign people in to Demar-operated services. It does not cover any other Google product or any third-party site.
When you sign in with Google, we request only the openid,
email, and profile scopes. This provides your
name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile picture
address. We do not request or receive access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar,
or any other Google API.
We match your Google account to a Demar account that was created for you in advance, and use it to sign you in to Demar services. Signing in with Google never creates a new account by itself — an account must already exist.
Your account information is stored in our authentication system's database, on servers we operate ourselves. We also keep a log of sign-in events, retained for 365 days.
Your name and email address are passed only to the specific Demar service you choose to sign in to. As of this policy's effective date, those services are:
- GitLab (source control)
- Pace (project management)
- Drive (file and document storage)
- WhereTF (inventory tracking)
- Keystone (secrets-management console, operator access only)
- YTM Likes (music library sync)
We never sell this information, never use it for advertising, and never pass it to any other third party.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We keep your information while your account exists, and delete it on request — contact us at the address below. You can also revoke this service's access to your Google account at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
